Lundaspelen processes your personal data when you register for and participate in the tournament. The purpose is to manage your registration, administer your participation, record results, and provide you with a positive tournament experience.
Lundaspelen is responsible for the processing of your personal data. This includes information you provide during registration, such as your name, contact details, personal identification number, and other information necessary to administer your participation.
The personal data is used to organize and evaluate Lundaspelen and to fulfill our obligations as the tournament organizer. The processing is based on the agreement regarding your participation in the tournament. The data will be stored for as long as necessary for these purposes.
You have the right to request information about which personal data relating to you is being processed, as well as to have incorrect data corrected or deleted in accordance with applicable law. You may also submit complaints to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Consent to the use of name and image for marketing purposes
During Lundaspelen, matches and other events may be photographed and filmed. By registering for and participating in the tournament, you consent to the use of images and videos in which you may appear for Lundaspelen’s communication and marketing purposes, in accordance with the Swedish Act on Name and Image in Advertising (1978:800).
