Compensation
Match Payment
– Standard rate: SEK 75 per match per referee
– Elite referees: Up to SEK 120 per match (Eligibility determined individually before the tournament)
– Match duration: 2 × 15 minutes
Travel Reimbursement
– Max compensation: SEK 1500 per referee
– Reimbursement only against valid receipts
– Example:
– 1 referee in car: max. SEK 1500
– 2 referees in car: max. SEK 3000
– 3 referees in car: max. SEK 4500
– Submit original receipts at check-in. Only documented travel costs will be reimbursed.
Payment Example
A referee team of 2 officiates 20 matches and provides valid travel receipts:
SEK 1500 (travel) + 20 × SEK 75 = SEK 3000 per referee

- Lunch and dinner provided: 27–29 December
- Included via the Lundaspelen Card
Local Transport
Free use of:
- Lundaspelen shuttle buses
- Public transport covered by the Lundaspelen Card
Registration and Eligibility
- Deadline: 30 November 2024
- Requirements:
- Certified referee
- Some prior experience in refereeing
- Mandatory referee meeting: 26 December (details will follow)

Match Assignments
- Total matches during tournament: ~2,500
- Match days:
- 27–28 December: Group stage
- 29 December: Playoffs
- 30 December: Finals (only a few referees selected)
- Referees typically officiate 6–8 matches per day on Dec 27–29
- Assignments for 26 Dec will be published evening of 26 Dec via personal link
- Final Day referee selections are made during the tournament week

- Please make sure to log in and keep your data up to date.
Administrative Notes
- Lundaspelen does not cover:
- Foreign banking fees
- Any taxes that may arise in your home country
- All payment amounts are pre-tax
- Ensure accurate bank details are provided:
- Name of bank
- IBAN
- SWIFT/BIC
- TIN (Tax Identification Number)
- Incorrect or missing information may delay or void your payment.
