Registration Fees:
- The paid registration fee is non-refundable.
Participation Fees:
- Cancellation is free of charge until October 31, 2025.
- For cancellations from November 1, 2025, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations after December 1, 2025, a 50% refund is offered upon presentation of a doctor-signed medical certificate, dated no later than December 25. This certificate must be submitted to Lundaspelen no later than December 26. Certificates submitted after this date will not be processed and do not entitle a refund.
- No financial compensation will be given to teams that lose matches due to absent opponents, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
- The refund policy applies regardless of whether the cancellation or absence is due to visa issues, delayed or canceled trains, flights, or ferries, strikes, lockouts, blockades, or similar events. The policy also applies in cases of earthquakes or other natural disasters.
